A real strength when it came to winning the Priava contract was our ability to create clean, graphically interesting designs using the WordPress CMS platform. Founder Michael Scroop considered it vital to be able to easily update and maintain the website on-the-fly, referring to a website as a 'living thing' needing regular interaction; we knew exactly what he meant and more importantly, what he needed.
Michael had told us that now more so than ever, it was essential the company have control over the website; they didn't want to have to come back to the web developer every time they wanted to make changes. More than that, they respected and were familiar with the power behind the WordPress platform and liked the idea of not being constrained by a proprietary content management system. We couldn't agree more and so set about designing a fresh, visually inspiring Wordpress CMS site, with straightforward, intuitive navigation. We were aware, that especially with a software company of this nature, the website would be considered representative by users of the product itself; therefore it was vital that we create a functional, easily navigated site, with engaging graphics and consistent branding throughout.
